State v Renteria, Tucson, AZ
Daniel Renteria is the Tucson father accused of manslaughter who was convicted on one count of negligent homicide for Richard Rue, JR. who threatened to kill Daniel and his young son if the authorities were notified in conjunction with the rape of Daniel's young son by "RED" James Marschinke. (Daniel was found not guilty on both manslaughter charges and the jury was hung on the negligent homicide for "RED" the man who raped his son). This was the fourth trial in this case. The other trials all ended in hung juries
